The PixelPoynt Pilot Program
We’re giving away 30 websites.
Here’s the honest reason why.
We rebuilt our entire website production process around AI — not to cut corners, but to go deeper, faster. Now we need real businesses to prove it on. Thirty of them get a complete website at zero cost, and the site is theirs to keep.
Selected in waves so every build gets real attention. When the current wave fills, new applications join the waitlist for the next one.

Every agency says their new process is better. We’d rather prove it.
We’ve spent months rebuilding how we produce websites around an AI-assisted workflow. More pages, more detail, better structure — in a fraction of the build time we used to need.
The problem with a claim like that is that it’s unfalsifiable on a demo site. Demo sites have no messy service list, no fifteen years of accumulated pages, no owner who needs something specific on the homepage. They prove nothing. The only real test is a real business with real content, real customers and real stakes.
So we’re trading. You get a complete website at no cost. We get the case studies, the honest feedback, and the refinement reps that make this process bulletproof before we put a price on it. That’s the whole deal — there isn’t a second half where the invoice arrives.
And to be plain about the part everyone is quietly wondering: nothing goes live on your domain until you’ve seen it and told us you want it.
The deliverable
What you actually get
Not a template with your logo dropped in. A complete, launch-ready website built around your business.
-
A complete website, up to 8 pages
Home, services, about, contact, and the specific pages your business actually needs — chosen with you, not a fixed package everyone gets. Need more? You can add pages after you apply.
-
Copy drafted for you
Written from your business information, your existing materials, and your kickoff call. You edit and approve every word.
-
Genuinely responsive design
Built and checked on real phone and tablet widths, not scaled down from desktop and called mobile-friendly.
-
SEO fundamentals done right
Unique titles and meta descriptions, clean heading structure, schema markup, internal linking, XML sitemap.
-
Speed and accessibility
Optimized images, minimal scripts, keyboard-navigable, and color contrast that meets WCAG AA.
-
Launch — on your hosting or ours
We’ll deploy it wherever you want it. If you’d rather take the files and hand them to someone else, that’s fine too.
And to be equally specific about what we don’t require:
- No hosting contract
- No monthly retainer
- No exclusivity or lock-in
- No invoice at handoff
- No payment required, ever
After you apply we’ll show you optional paid extras — more pages, blog migration, local SEO. Skipping that page changes nothing about your application or your free website.
Qualification
Who this is for — and who it isn’t
We’d rather be direct now than waste your time later. If the right column is you, please don’t apply yet — but do come back.
This is for you if
- You’ve been in business 3+ years
- You have real customers and real revenue coming in
- You have a website already — especially if it’s dated, slow, or embarrassing. Those are the best test cases.
- You can spare 15 minutes for a kickoff call and can send over basic business info and assets
- You’ll tell us honestly what you think of the result
This isn’t for you if
- You’re pre-launch, or the business is still an idea
- You’re waiting on the website before you start trading
- You’ve been operating under a year
- You want a free site but don’t want to be involved in building it
- You need it finished by a hard external deadline — this is a pilot, and pilots move at pilot speed
None of this is a judgment on your business. It’s a judgment on what makes a useful test. Follow along and apply to the next round when you’re further on.
The process
How it works
Five steps. One of them matters more than the rest, and we’ve marked it.
-
01
You apply
The form below takes about five minutes and asks real questions. That’s deliberate — it filters for people who actually want this.
-
02
Selection call — 15 minutes
A short conversation about your goals, your taste, your brand, and what your current site gets wrong. We both find out whether this is a fit.
-
03
We build
This is the part we’re measuring. You’ll see work early rather than waiting in silence for a big reveal.
-
04
The part that protects you
You review and approve
You see the finished site on a private preview link. You ask for changes. Nothing touches your live domain until you say the word — and if you decide you don’t want it at all, your current site stays exactly where it is and we part on good terms.
-
05
Launch, then one honest conversation
We put it live and then ask you for a short feedback session — what worked, what didn’t, what we should change. That session is the only thing we’re asking you for.
The work
Recent builds
You’re being asked to trust a free offer. Reasonable response: show me what you actually make.

Questions
The things you’re actually wondering
Still not sure? Call us on (919) 809-9051 and ask directly.
What’s the catch?
You’re the test case. We’ve rebuilt our production process around AI and we need real businesses — real content, real customers, real stakes — to prove it works before we roll it out to paying clients.
You get a complete website at no cost. We get the case study, the feedback, and the reps. There is no invoice at the end and no hosting contract.
After you apply we do offer optional paid extras — more pages, migrating your old blog, local SEO work. They’re genuinely optional: skip that page and your free site is exactly the same, and so is your chance of being selected.
Why established businesses only?
Testing a build process requires real complexity. A business with three years of history has actual services, actual customers, actual photos, and actual competitors — the messy raw material a real project involves.
A pre-launch startup can’t stress-test anything, because there’s nothing to stress. That’s not a comment on the business; it’s a comment on what makes a useful experiment.
Do I have to host with you, or pay for anything later?
No. The finished website is yours. Host it with us or take the files and host anywhere you like.
The one cost we don’t cover is your domain name — you already pay for that and will keep paying for it, because it was never ours to cover. Beyond that: no retainer, no maintenance contract, and no upsell script waiting for you at handoff.
What do you get out of it?
Three things: refinement reps on a new process, case studies we can show future clients with your written permission, and a testimonial if you’re happy with the result.
If you’re not happy, we don’t get the case study — which is a fairly strong incentive for us to do this well.
What happens if I’m not selected?
You’ll hear from us either way. We’re not going to leave you refreshing your inbox.
Slots are limited and released in waves, so applications that don’t make the current wave go onto the waitlist for the next one rather than into a bin.
What are the paid add-ons, and do I have to buy them?
No, you don’t. After you submit the application we show you a page of optional extras — additional pages beyond the eight included, migrating your existing blog posts across, local SEO work, that sort of thing. There’s a “skip” button and it costs you nothing to use it.
Two things we want to be plain about. Buying add-ons does not improve your chance of being selected — selection is on merit and we decide before money is a factor. And if you do buy something and then aren’t selected, we refund it in full, automatically. You should never be out of pocket for a pilot you didn’t get.
What does “priority build scheduling” actually buy?
Position in the build queue, once you’ve already been accepted. Nothing else.
It does not get you accepted, and it does not get you past anyone in the selection process. If you pay for it and we don’t select you, it’s refunded in full. We’d rather charge for something real than sell you a place in a line you might not be standing in.
How long does the build take?
That’s precisely what we’re measuring, which is why we’re not going to quote you a number we haven’t earned yet.
What we will commit to: you see work early, you review before anything goes live, and we tell you the real timeline at your kickoff call rather than a comfortable one.
Does “AI-assisted” mean my site will be generic?
Fair worry. The honest answer is that it depends entirely on how the AI is used.
We use it to go deeper and faster on structure, research, and the tedious parts — not to generate a site from a prompt and ship it. Every pilot site is reviewed line by line by a human before it reaches you, and you approve it before it reaches the public. The page you’re reading was built with the same process.
Application

Two minutes. Eight questions, one of which takes a moment’s thought — we read every one of these ourselves.
Application received
It’s in front of us, not in a queue somewhere. We read these ourselves and you’ll hear back either way — including if the answer is no.
